1. Nature of the service

Lavorio is an online platform that connects:

  • private users or companies (“Clients”)
  • professionals and businesses (“Professionals”)

for the request and offer of services.

👉 Lavorio is not a party to the contract between Client and Professional.
👉 Lavorio does not perform work nor does it guarantee results.

2. Registration and account

To use the platform, users must:

  • provide truthful data
  • keep information up to date
  • protect access credentials

Lavorio may suspend or delete accounts in case of:

  • violation of terms
  • misuse of the platform

3. User roles

3.1 Clients

Clients can:

  • post job requests
  • receive contacts from Professionals

3.2 Professionals

Professionals can:

  • access requests
  • purchase leads
  • contact Clients

4. Lead system and payments

  • Professionals pay to access Client contacts (“leads”)
  • Payment covers only access to the contact, not the outcome of the work

👉 Lavorio does not guarantee:

  • that the Client will respond
  • that the job will be awarded
  • that the project will be completed

👉 Purchased leads are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases (e.g., clearly false data)

5. Prohibition of platform circumvention

It is forbidden to:

  • bypass the system to avoid paying for leads
  • contact users outside the platform before purchasing the lead

👉 Violation may result in:

  • account suspension
  • permanent block
  • potential legal action

6. Liability

Lavorio:

  • does not fully verify Professionals
  • does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services
  • is not responsible for damages resulting from agreements between users

👉 The contractual relationship is exclusively between Client and Professional.

7. Content and reviews

Users can post:

  • reviews
  • job descriptions

Lavorio reserves the right to:

  • edit or remove offensive or false content

8. Proper use of the platform

It is forbidden to:

  • provide false information
  • use the platform for illegal activities
  • send spam or offensive content

9. Limitation of liability

Lavorio is not responsible for:

  • failure to complete work
  • economic loss
  • user behavior

10. Duration and termination

Users can delete their account at any time.

Lavorio may suspend or close accounts in case of violations.

11. Data protection

Data processing is governed by the:

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
