1. Nature of the service<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Lavorio is an online platform that connects:<\/p>

  • private users or companies (“Clients”)<\/li>
  • professionals and businesses (“Professionals”)<\/li><\/ul>

    for the request and offer of services.<\/p>

    \"\ud83d\udc49\" Lavorio is not a party to the contract<\/strong> between Client and Professional.
    \"\ud83d\udc49\" Lavorio does not perform work nor does it guarantee results<\/strong>.<\/p>

    2. Registration and account<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

    To use the platform, users must:<\/p>

    • provide truthful data<\/li>
    • keep information up to date<\/li>
    • protect access credentials<\/li><\/ul>

      Lavorio may suspend or delete accounts in case of:<\/p>

      • violation of terms<\/li>
      • misuse of the platform<\/li><\/ul>

        3. User roles<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

        3.1 Clients<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

        Clients can:<\/p>

        • post job requests<\/li>
        • receive contacts from Professionals<\/li><\/ul>

          3.2 Professionals<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

          Professionals can:<\/p>

          • access requests<\/li>
          • purchase leads<\/li>
          • contact Clients<\/li><\/ul>

            4. Lead system and payments<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>
            • Professionals pay to access Client contacts (“leads”)<\/li>
            • Payment covers only access to the contact<\/strong>, not the outcome of the work<\/li><\/ul>

              \"\ud83d\udc49\" Lavorio does not guarantee<\/strong>:<\/p>

              • that the Client will respond<\/li>
              • that the job will be awarded<\/li>
              • that the project will be completed<\/li><\/ul>

                \"\ud83d\udc49\" Purchased leads are non-refundable<\/strong>, except in exceptional cases (e.g., clearly false data)<\/p>

                5. Prohibition of platform circumvention<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                It is forbidden to:<\/p>

                • bypass the system to avoid paying for leads<\/li>
                • contact users outside the platform before purchasing the lead<\/li><\/ul>

                  \"\ud83d\udc49\" Violation may result in:<\/p>

                  • account suspension<\/li>
                  • permanent block<\/li>
                  • potential legal action<\/li><\/ul>

                    6. Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                    Lavorio:<\/p>

                    • does not fully verify Professionals<\/li>
                    • does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services<\/li>
                    • is not responsible for damages resulting from agreements between users<\/li><\/ul>

                      \"\ud83d\udc49\" The contractual relationship is exclusively between Client and Professional.<\/p>

                      7. Content and reviews<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                      Users can post:<\/p>

                      • reviews<\/li>
                      • job descriptions<\/li><\/ul>

                        Lavorio reserves the right to:<\/p>

                        • edit or remove offensive or false content<\/li><\/ul>

                          8. Proper use of the platform<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                          It is forbidden to:<\/p>

                          • provide false information<\/li>
                          • use the platform for illegal activities<\/li>
                          • send spam or offensive content<\/li><\/ul>

                            9. Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                            Lavorio is not responsible for:<\/p>

                            • failure to complete work<\/li>
                            • economic loss<\/li>
                            • user behavior<\/li><\/ul>

                              10. Duration and termination<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                              Users can delete their account at any time.<\/p>

                              Lavorio may suspend or close accounts in case of violations.<\/p>

                              11. Data protection<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                              Data processing is governed by the:

                              \"\ud83d\udc49\" Cookie Policy<\/p>

                              12. Changes to the Terms<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                              Lavorio may modify these Terms at any time.<\/p>

                              Changes will be posted on the site.<\/p>

                              13. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                              This agreement is governed by Dutch law.<\/p>

                              The court of Amsterdam has jurisdiction over any disputes.<\/p>
